Awareness Generation Programme for Women
We believe that awareness is the first step towards empowerment. Through our Awareness Generation Programme, we engage with rural and underprivileged women, addressing issues such as dowry, domestic violence, sanitation, and unemployment. By conducting household surveys, we identify the needs of these women and design our programs accordingly. Through this platform, women come together to share experiences, exchange ideas, and develop practical solutions to tackle challenges.
Leadership Training Programme for Minority Women
Our Leadership Training Programme, Nai Roshni, focuses on empowering minority women to take on leadership roles and assert their rights. Over a six-day period, participants are equipped with knowledge and skills to navigate societal barriers and interact confidently with governmental and financial institutions. So far, we have empowered 350 minority women through this initiative, fostering a culture of leadership and self-determination.
Workshops and Seminars on Women Issues
Collaborating with organizations like the National Commission for Women, we conduct workshops and seminars to address critical issues affecting women. From combating witch hunting to advancing women's roles in climate change mitigation, these events serve as platforms for knowledge sharing, policy advocacy, and community engagement. Our efforts aim to influence policies and practices that promote gender equality and women's empowerment.
Campaign against Gender-based Discrimination
Gender-based discrimination remains a significant challenge, particularly in the context of the declining child sex ratio. Through advocacy, community engagement, and capacity-building initiatives, we strive to address systemic inequalities and promote gender-sensitive policies. Our radio campaigns and community interactions raise awareness and mobilize stakeholders to take action against discrimination and injustice.

Education is a cornerstone of empowerment, and we are dedicated to recognizing and encouraging academic excellence among girl students. Our annual Meritorious Girls Education Award, established in collaboration with Gopal Smruti Vidyapitha, honors outstanding achievements and inspires girls to excel in their academic pursuits. This initiative underscores our commitment to education and the empowerment of future generations.
