Fighting Against Poverty

We break the cycle of poverty and foster sustainable development, in harmony with the objectives of

Sustainable Development Goal 1.

Our initiatives have had a profound impact on the lives of impoverished families, providing them with essential resources, promoting self-sufficiency,and fostering community empowerment. Moving forward, we remain committed to expanding our reach, collaborating with partners, andimplementing innovative solutions to alleviate poverty and promote sustainable development.

Distribution of Clothes and Household Materials

Our Dignity for Work/Cloth for Work program is a testament to our commitment to addressing the needs of impoverished families in urban slums and rural areas. In partnership with Goonj, a leading voluntary organization in India, we distribute kit bags containing essential items such as clothing, blankets, and mosquito nets to vulnerable families. These materials not only meet immediate needs but also encourage community engagement through voluntary participation in community service activities. By fostering a sense of pride and dignity among recipients, this initiative strengthens communities and promotes social cohesion.

Distribution of Fruit Plants

Through the VAAPSI initiative of Goonj, we distribute fruit plants to underprivileged families, providing them with the means to grow their food and access fresh produce. The carefully selected fruit plants, including mango, guava, jackfruit, and papaya, are tailored to local climate and soil conditions, ensuring successful cultivation. This initiative not only fulfills nutritional needs but also offers opportunities for income generation and self-sufficiency, empowering families to improve their livelihoods and break free from the cycle of poverty.
